NASCU recently delegated one of its Board Members to participate in the Advanced Africa Development Educators (AADE) Programme, delivered by ACCOSCA, and held in Kilifi, Kenya. The training brought together over 20 cooperative leaders from 10 African countries and the USA, who successfully graduated as part of the 5th AADE Class of January 2026.
Through an intensive learning journey, the programme equipped participants with practical tools to strengthen SACCO and credit union institutions, enhance governance, and address Africa’s development challenges using the cooperative business model. NASCU’s participation reflects its commitment to building strong leadership and promoting sustainable, resilient SACCOs across Zambia.
