NASCU recently participated in a regional learning exchange in Kenya, strengthening cooperative partnerships and sharing best practices with fellow SACCOs. As part of the visit, the NASCU delegation held engagement meetings with Kenya Medical Association SACCO Ltd and Kenya Police SACCO Ltd, on governance, member-driven service delivery, operational efficiency, and innovation in cooperative finance.
These benchmarking visits provided valuable insights into how strong SACCO institutions are building resilience and growing member value, reinforcing NASCU’s commitment to advancing sustainable SACCO development and improved service delivery for credit unions in Zambia.
